Building a Healthier Future Through Schools
The Healthy Schools Initiative builds on more than twelve years of Care Eleven’s school-based work to create a coordinated pediatric prevention ecosystem centered on the child. It strengthens the clinical, mobile, technology, family-engagement, workforce, and partnership capacity needed to make prevention accessible and sustainable.
The goal is not simply to fund more services. It is to build lasting community capacity.

Schools, health plans, public agencies, healthcare providers, academic institutions, and community organizations extend the model through their distinct strengths. Charitable investments support defined public-benefit initiatives, infrastructure, access, innovation, workforce, and measurable community outcomes.
